Pawtucket/Central Falls Residents: How Have You Been Impacted By Substance Use?

RIPIN is partnering with the Pawtucket-Central Falls Health Equity Zone to hold a series of Community Conversations about the impact the opioid crisis has had on our families and neighborhoods.

If you are age 18 or older, live in Pawtucket or Central Falls, and you or a loved one has been affected by substance use disorder, we want to hear from you. Please complete this questionnaire to learn more and sign up.

Community Conversations will take place between April 24 and May 1 at locations throughout Pawtucket and Central Falls. Dinner will be provided, and participants will receive a gift card.
