RIPIN Turns 35!
In 2026, RIPIN celebrates a remarkable milestone — 35 years of supporting Rhode Island families, caregivers, youth, and individuals navigating complex systems of care.
What began as a small group of determined parents and advocates has grown into a statewide organization standing alongside tens of thousands of Rhode Islanders each year. For three and a half decades, our community has shaped RIPIN’s work, strengthened our mission, and ensured that lived experience stays at the heart of everything we do.
We’re marking this anniversary with a series of special celebrations that honor our history, highlight our impact, and bring together the people who make RIPIN what it is — you.
What’s Ahead in 2026
We’re hosting events throughout the year that celebrate different parts of the RIPIN community:
- March 26th: A RIPIN Reunion celebrating current and former staff and partners who have helped build our legacy.
- May 30th: A Community Birthday Party for families, clients, partners, and supporters — a joyful, family-friendly celebration of the community we serve. Join us!
- October 29th: Our Annual Breakfast, bringing together partners, supporters, and advocates for a morning of connection and inspiration.
