SAT/PSAT – When to Request Accommodations

Before a student can take certain exams—PSAT/NMSQT, PSAT 10, SAT, or AP Exams—with accommodations, they must request the accommodations and be approved by College Board’s Services for Students with Disabilities. College Board considers all requests for accommodations needed by students with documented disabilities. Read about some of the accommodations College Board provides.

Accommodations – ADA Testing

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) ensures that individuals with disabilities have the opportunity to fairly compete for and pursue such opportunities by requiring testing entities to offer exams in a manner accessible to persons with disabilities. When needed testing accommodations are provided, test-takers can demonstrate their true aptitude.

ADA Requirements – Testing
